Calm your brain

Beruhige Dein Gehirn

My brain is not so scattered anymore!

These are the words a client of mine said to me after a few sessions together.

I love hearing these results!

In addition to exercise, decluttering your home is one the best ways to reduce stress in your life.

When you go through the process of decluttering, preferably using the KonMari Method, you won’t just end up with a tidy and organized home.

You can also lower your anxiety and feel liberated and free.

For some people, just the sight of a tidy home can help them de-stress.

You also release the past and gain new insights about yourself and what you want moving forward.

With this method, you basically declutter your house and your brain.

Less physical clutter can also sharpen your focus and concentration span.

A study by Princeton University discovered that clutter can make it difficult to focus on a particular task. They found that a person’s visual cortex can be overwhelmed by objects not related to a specific task, making it harder to focus and complete projects efficiently.

There are so many benefits of decluttering!

When going through the KonMari Method, the goal is to make it a “one-time festival.” Not to declutter a bit here and there and have a never-ending story.

With the KonMari Method, you go through all your belongings in a short time frame. To really notice and feel the shift all at once.

The process is simple but not always easy. You go through your life and start to discover yourself again. It can be very emotional but liberating.

I am a certified KonMari Organizing Consultant and would be happy to help you.
